1. Sign up
Every account starts with a business profile so regulators can verify who you are.
- Open mineliqo.com and choose Sign up / Get started.
- Enter your full name, email, and a password of at least 12 characters, then confirm it.
- Select your role — Miner, Processor, Manufacturer, Transporter, or Regulator.
- Enter company name, business address, phone number, and business licence number.
- Upload your business licence (PDF or image).
- Click Create account.
2. Verify your email
A verification link is emailed from noreply@mineliqo.com and expires after 24 hours.
- Click the link to confirm the address.
- Nothing received? Check spam, then request a new link from the sign-in screen.
3. Account approval
Email verification is not the same as approval. Standard roles activate immediately; privileged roles (Regulator, Admin) stay Pending until an administrator reviews your documents.
You receive an email once your account is approved or declined — declines always include a reason so you can resubmit.
4. Sign in
- Go to mineliqo.com and choose Sign in.
- Enter your email and password (regulators and admins use /admin/login).
- You land on the dashboard for your role.
5. Turn on two-factor authentication
Strongly recommended for every account, required for admins.
- Open Settings → Security and choose Enable 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy).
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
- Download and store your backup codes somewhere safe — each can be used once.
