1. Receive refined material
- Open Incoming shipments and select a batch with status Refined.
- Click Receive shipment.
- Verify the weight, confirm quantity matches, and record whether quality passed.
- Upload receiving documents and add notes.
- Confirm receipt — status becomes Received by manufacturer.
2. Source material (procurement)
- Open Marketplace and click Post offer to publish a request for material.
- Enter mineral type, quantity, quality requirements, delivery location, and required-by date.
- Publish the request — verified sellers can bid on it.
- Accept the best bid to generate a contract.
3. Run production
- Open Production & delivery for the batch.
- Record each step — Cutting, Shaping, Assembly, Testing, Packaging — with location, energy, CO₂, water, and waste.
- Click Record step after each entry.
- Click Complete manufacturing when the final step is recorded.
4. Record delivery
After manufacturing is complete, use the Record delivery form on the same page: set event type to Delivered, enter the destination facility, adjust the ESG figures if needed, and submit. The batch status becomes Delivered.
5. Generate the Digital Product Passport
- Open the completed batch and choose Digital Product Passport.
- The PDF includes product identity, the full chain from mine to factory, ESG totals, certifications, and a verification QR code.
- Download or share the public verify link with your OEM customer — no account needed to view it.
6. Analytics
Reports cover production volume and efficiency, procurement and supplier trends, ESG totals, and the full supply chain view with every participant and timestamp.
Common issues
- No incoming shipments — the processor must schedule outbound transport first.
- Stage complete not available — every production step must be recorded before manufacturing can be closed.
- Passport missing data — reopen the batch and confirm each step captured energy, CO₂, water, and waste.
