Build your professional company identity, add credentials, and get verified on Mineliqo.

What is the Company Profile?

The Company Profile is your professional identity on Mineliqo. It allows you to introduce your company to other users, upload your company logo and branding, display certifications and licenses to prove your legitimacy, share ESG credentials and sustainability reports, showcase your team members, and build trust with potential buyers, sellers, and regulators.

A complete profile helps you stand out in the marketplace, prove your credibility and compliance, get verified faster by regulators, and attract more business partners.

How to access your profile

You can reach your Company Profile in two ways:

  1. Log in to your Mineliqo account, click your Profile Avatar in the top right corner, and select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu.
  2. Or go to Settings and click "Company Profile" in the left sidebar.

Profile Overview

Your profile has several tabs. Overview shows your profile summary and recent activity. About lets you edit your company information and description. Certifications is where you add and manage your certifications. Licenses handles your business licenses and permits. ESG Credentials is for sustainability reports and data. Team lets you add and manage team members. Contact is where you update your contact information.

About tab

The About tab holds your core company information. You can add or update the following fields:

  1. Click on the "About" tab.
  2. Click the "Edit" button.
  3. Fill in the fields you want to update.
  4. Click "Save Changes".
  • Company Logo — upload your company logo (PNG, JPG, SVG).
  • Tagline — a short description of your company (max 100 characters).
  • Description — full company description, mission, and values.
  • Year Founded — the year your company was established.
  • Number of Employees — your company size.
  • Head Office Address — your primary business address.
  • Phone Number — your business phone number.
  • Website URL — your company website.
  • Social Links — LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

Certifications tab

Certifications prove your company meets industry standards. Supported certifications include ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), Responsible Mining Assurance (RMF), Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM / Canadian Mining Standard), CIFFA Certificate (Freight Forwarding), CSCMP Certification (Supply Chain Management), and CSO Certification (Sustainability).

  1. Click on the "Certifications" tab.
  2. Click the "Add Certification" button.
  3. Fill in the form: Certification Name, Issuing Body, Date Issued, Expiry Date, Certificate Number, upload the certificate (PDF or image), and an optional description.
  4. Click "Save".
  • All certifications appear on your public profile.
  • They are visible to other users, buyers, and regulators.
  • Each certification shows its name, issuing body, date, and status (Active or Expired).
  • To delete a certification, click it, then click "Delete" and confirm.

Licenses & Permits tab

You can add the following license types:

  1. Click on the "Licenses" tab.
  2. Click the "Add License" button.
  3. Fill in the form: License Type, License Number, Issuing Body, Date Issued, Expiry Date, upload the license (PDF or image), and an optional description.
  4. Click "Save".
  • Business License — your general business license.
  • Mining Permit — permit to mine critical minerals.
  • Environmental Permit — environmental compliance permit.
  • Export License — license to export minerals.
  • Customs Broker License — license to clear customs.
  • Other — any other relevant license or permit.

ESG Credentials tab

You can add the following report types:

  1. Click on the "ESG Credentials" tab.
  2. Click the "Add ESG Credential" button.
  3. Fill in the form: Report Type, Title, Description, Report Date, and upload the file (PDF or image).
  4. Click "Save".
  • ESG Report — full Environmental, Social, and Governance report.
  • Sustainability Certification — sustainability certification document.
  • Carbon Footprint — carbon footprint measurement report.
  • Water Usage — water usage and management report.
  • Waste Management — waste management and recycling report.
  • Community Report — community engagement and impact report.

Team tab

Add key team members to humanize your company and build trust. Click the "Add Team Member" button, then fill in Name, Role/Title, Bio, Profile Photo, and an optional LinkedIn URL. Click and drag team members to reorder them. To delete a team member, click on them, then click "Delete" and confirm.

Contact tab

Use the Contact tab to update your email address, phone number, and business address. Click "Edit", update your details, then click "Save Changes".

Verification Badge

The Verification Badge appears on your profile and shows that your company has been verified by a regulator or platform admin. Verified means your company has been approved. Pending means your verification request is under review. Rejected means your verification request was rejected.

  1. Complete your profile by adding your logo, description, certifications, and licenses.
  2. Submit a verification request.
  3. A regulator or admin will review your profile and documents.
  4. You will receive a notification when your status changes.

Where your profile appears

Your profile information syncs across the entire platform. It appears on Shipment Details (showing who created the shipment with company name and logo), Offers & Bids (showing buyer/seller profiles with verification status), Contracts (showing parties involved with company details), the Regulator Dashboard (showing complete company information for oversight), and the Admin Dashboard (showing user information for management).

Privacy & Permissions

Visibility depends on the viewer:

  • Public (non-logged in users) — limited info such as company name and logo.
  • Authenticated Users — full profile information.
  • Regulators — full profile information plus verification tools.
  • Admins — full profile information plus editing capabilities.

A polished profile builds trust quickly. Keep these tips in mind:

  • Upload a professional logo to build instant brand recognition.
  • Complete all sections to show you are serious and trustworthy.
  • Add industry certifications to prove compliance and expertise.
  • Keep information up to date to show you are an active, reliable partner.
  • Add team members to humanize your company.
  • Share ESG credentials to build trust with ESG-conscious buyers.
  • Get verified — this is the most important trust signal.

FAQ

  • Q: Who can see my profile? A: Your profile is visible to all authenticated users. Regulators and admins have full access.
  • Q: Can I make my profile private? A: No, profiles are public to authenticated users to build trust in the marketplace.
  • Q: How do I get verified? A: Complete your profile and submit a verification request. A regulator or admin will review your information.
  • Q: What happens if my certification expires? A: Your certification will show as "Expired." You should renew it and update the expiry date.
  • Q: Can I add the same certification twice? A: No, each certification must be unique. If you need to update a certification, edit it instead of adding a duplicate.
  • Q: How many team members can I add? A: There is no limit. Add as many as you need.
  • Q: What file types are supported for uploads? A: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG. Maximum file size is 10MB.
  • Q: Can I delete my profile? A: No, you can only edit your profile. Deleting your profile would remove you from the platform.
