Delete your account

How to delete

1. Open Settings → scroll to "Delete account".
2. Click the red "Delete account" button.
3. Re-authenticate — enter your password (email users) or verify with Google.
4. Confirm the permanent deletion prompt.

What happens to shipments you created

Shipments, events, and hash chains are retained for audit integrity — they can't be deleted without breaking the ledger. Your personal profile (name, email, preferences) is removed and events you created are anonymized to your company.
