The oversight dashboard
- Map — every shipment plotted by province, colored by status.
- Stats — active shipments, average transit time, % complete chains, aggregate CO₂, participating companies, events this month.
- Alerts — chains missing an expected stage, or stalled beyond a threshold.
- CSV export — pull the underlying data for reporting to NRCan or provincial ministries.
