Admin Guide: approvals, team, and platform administration

Approve or reject accounts

1. Sign in at /admin/login (MFA required).
2. Open Pending users to see accounts awaiting approval, including whether the email is confirmed.
3. Review the business details and uploaded documents.
4. Click Approve to grant the requested roles, or Reject and enter a reason.
5. The applicant is emailed the decision automatically.

Manage the admin team

• Invite colleagues from Team — invitations are single-use and expire.
• Grant only the permissions each person needs.
• Every admin must enrol in MFA before accessing gated pages.

Monitor the platform

• Logs shows an append-only audit record of administrative actions.
• Companies and Shipments give a system-wide view for support investigations.
• Sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
